Road Back homeMedium: Handmade Book, Prints, Wood, Paint and Cloth
Road Back Home is meant to put you in the shoes of the average Palestinian family and their struggle to get back home. This project consists of two parts. The first part is a book that details my late grandfathers experience living in Palestine before 1948 and it also includes images of his life after he was displaced. The second part of my project is a 6x7ft wall. This wall represents the West Bank wall and the audience will be encouraged to graffiti the wall the same way that Palestinians do currently. This will educate those that come by and interact with it on what struggles we currently go through in Palestine.
